La Prairie is a wonderful, contemporary, open plan cottage sleeping up to five. With two en suite double bedrooms and stunning views towards our village of Bourlens.
La Prairie is one of three cottages at Labarde, with wonderful views from every window towards our village of Bourlens.
From the private covered terrace, with a gas BBQ and wooden dining furniture, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding you.
Large glazed doors lead from the terrace into the lovely contemporary, open plan, living space.
The modern kitchen has all the comforts of home with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.
The spacious dining area leads up to a raised lounge with sumptuous sofas and the television is equipped with Freesat channels and Netflix.. Adjacent to the lounge is a small cosy reading area.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. One has a double bed the other a double and single. Both have en suite shower rooms, lovely original oak beams and magnificent views towards our village of Bourlens.

An amazing, beautiful picturesque location and accommodation. Paul and Anna were excellent hosts - very helpful and available at all times (even giving us a lift to a party one evening!).

Very clean accommodation and surroundings- the pool and table tennis table much appreciated. Would highly recommend, and would stay there again. Within short driving distance of many beautiful French towns.

What a wonderful stay!
The property is calming and lovely. The gite is really nice. Very well designed, decorated, and appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the space was bright and clean. The kitchen had everything you could want or need! The region was new to us, so we enjoyed visiting all the caves and castles. We had a great week at Labarde and would definitely recommend to any of our friends interested in busting France.

The house is magnificent
Great place to relax.The house is magnificent and peaceful-very clean and all that you need in a rental, even the sponge to clean dishes was brand new! It might be a stupid remark but it says a lot. The pool area is just magnificent. I would recommend this house any time. Thank you Paul and Anna.
