Labarde is a collection of three cottages converted from a large old dairy barn. Perched on a gentle hillside to give stunning views from every aspect, offering private and secluded areas alongside over 5 acres of shared gardens, playing fields and woodland.

With the benefit of large terraces and areas where your whole group can dine and relax, alongside the convenience of 7 bathrooms, three kitchens and private terraces should you wish to spend some quiet time alone.

Retaining many original features the cottages are full of old oak beams, stone walls and timber floors, offering modern, rustic charm alongside all the comforts of home.

The large covered terrace of la Grange is over 50 m2 and is the spot where large groups gather to eat. There is also plenty of space around the pool should you prefer to dine out in the open.

The kitchens are equipped with every convenience you could wish for, for large groups. The large gas BBQ makes light work of anything you throw at it. 

Should there be times when your group wish to eat separately, each cottage has its own private terrace with comfortable furniture and gas BBQ.

From your large private terraces you are surrounded by the beautiful landscaped gardens and woodland. The large swimming pool with its new covered seating area is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The playing field with a children's play area is perfect for family fun and games, and the woodland is where the den building and adventures take place. All five acres are yours to explore as you choose. Admire the sunsets from your lounger, be amazed at the the night sky through the telescope and just sit back and enjoy the calm serenity of rural south west France.

All seven of the bedrooms at Labarde have an en-suite shower room and beautiful views across open countryside. There is one ground floor bedroom. On the first floors there are three double rooms, two double rooms with additional single beds and one twin room. All of the bedrooms have traditional oak beams, sumptuous bedding and fluffy towels.

It is when the lights are out that you really get to appreciate the peace and quiet that surrounds you.
